Utilizing cutting-edge technology similar to the world's first FDA-authorized game-based treatment, EndeavorOTC offers a comprehensive solution. The treatment includes Focus Score, an innovative personalized metric that allows you to track your progress in improving attention.

EndeavorOTC is specifically developed for adults aged 18 and above who face challenges related to inattention that significantly impact their quality of life. Symptoms such as diminished focus, difficulty completing tasks or projects, and struggles with organization can be effectively addressed. Drawing on the same technology as EndeavorRx, the world's first FDA-authorized video game treatment, EndeavorOTC is now available through a convenient subscription model, without the need for a prescription.

Over a 6-week period, EndeavorOTC underwent extensive clinical trials involving more than 220 participants. Encouragingly, 83% of participants experienced clinically significant improvements in their ability to focus. Additionally, 73% reported enhancements in their overall quality of life, such as better project management skills, improved time management, and increased ability to keep track of essentials like phones or keys. It is worth noting that no long-term or severe side effects were observed during the clinical trials of EndeavorOTC. (1,2)

The gameplay of EndeavorOTC is designed to enhance attention and focus. By tapping targets and navigating obstacles in the game world, users are actively training these cognitive skills. Throughout the game, the technology continuously measures performance and adjusts difficulty levels using adaptive algorithms, delivering a personalized treatment experience.

Playing EndeavorOTC can be easily incorporated into your daily routine. The more you engage with the game, the better your results will be. A consistent playtime of at least six weeks has shown to yield improvements in attention and other critical functions comprising your ability to focus. Users are provided with a targeted Focus Score increase achievable within six weeks. Based on clinical trial data, this target increase directly correlates with improvements in ADHD-related symptoms and overall quality of life. Furthermore, for the majority, there is potential for further enhancement in Focus Score, cognitive abilities, and ADHD symptom management beyond the initial six-week treatment course.

EndeavorOTC is made available under the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) current Enforcement Policy for Digital Health Devices for Treating Psychiatric Disorders during the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Public Health Emergency. While EndeavorOTC has not been specifically cleared or authorized by the FDA for its indications, it is recommended that patients consult their healthcare provider before initiating this treatment or making any medical decisions.
